Strengthening TB Response in Tajikistan through Strategic Innovation

Led the development of a national TB coalition engaging UN agencies, government stakeholders, and NGOs. Drafted the Concept Note and negotiated The Global Fund grant budget using data-driven, innovative planning tools. Facilitated workshops to address capacity gaps and prioritize tech-enabled, science-based solutions.

Driving Regional Policy Change via the "EECA Parliamentary Multi-Sectoral Involvement in Global Health" Summit

Orchestrated this cross-border summit uniting policymakers, civil society, and health experts in Dushanbe. The event outcomes accelerated digital health governance and emergency preparedness, with a focus on AI-based innovation.

Advancing Legal & Policy Frameworks for People-Centered TB Care

Coordinated a comprehensive legislative landscape study across 11 EECA countries, developing rights-based policy recommendations that integrated private-sector innovation and health tech solutions for improved emergency access.
